For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey-lime garlic butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
