A delicious and easy baked salmon recipe with a sweet and tangy honey-lime garlic butter glaze.

For the Crust:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey-lime garlic butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
