Delicious homemade peanut butter cups with a rich chocolate shell and creamy peanut butter filling.

For the Crust:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- Melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner, spreading it to coat the bottom. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Place a small scoop of peanut butter mixture on top of the hardened chocolate in each liner.
- Melt the remaining chocolate chips and spoon over the peanut butter layer, spreading to cover completely.
- Freeze for another 15 minutes or until firm. Store in the refrigerator.
