For the Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt together.
  2. Create a well in the center of the flour and add the eggs, water, and olive oil.
  3. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the flour until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and cut into strips or shapes.
  7. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes until tender.
