- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium heat.
- Whisk until smooth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using or storing.
