For the Crust:
- 1 (16 oz) prepared angel food cake, cubed
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mixes and milk until thickened.
- Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer half of the angel food cake cubes.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the cake layer.
- Repeat with remaining cake cubes and pudding mixture.
- Top with cherry pie filling, spreading evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
