For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, and black pepper to make the ranch dressing.
- Add shredded chicken, celery, red onion, and cucumber to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined and evenly coated with the dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve on whole-grain bread, wraps, or over a bed of greens.
