For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add celery, red onion, grapes, and almonds to the bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
