For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard.
- Add celery, red onion, grapes, and almonds to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
