For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet, then add the taco seasoning and water.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
- Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
- Fill each taco shell with the seasoned beef, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
