For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, and olive oil. Set aside half of the sauce for serving.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side, basting with the honey mustard sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.
  4. Meanwhile, steam or boil green beans until tender-crisp (about 5 minutes). Drain and toss with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  5. Serve grilled chicken with green beans and reserved honey mustard sauce on the side.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
