Garlic Parmesan Grilled Chicken

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Coat evenly.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
