For the Crust:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter sauce over them. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
