Juicy garlic butter chicken bites served over a bed of creamy parmesan pasta for a rich and satisfying meal.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz pasta of choice
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
