A festive and easy breakfast that tastes like birthday cake but is packed with wholesome ingredients.

For the Crust:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well until fully mixed. Fold in sprinkles and chia seeds if using.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours). Stir before serving and top with extra sprinkles if desired.
