For the Crust:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well until fully mixed. Fold in sprinkles and chia seeds if using.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours). Stir before serving and top with extra sprinkles if desired.
