For the Crust:
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or crackers.
