For the Crust:

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or crackers.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
