Decadent Crockpot Chocolate Lava Cake

A rich and gooey chocolate cake with a molten center, made effortlessly in a crockpot.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Grease the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth. Pour into the crockpot.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix and milk until thickened. Pour over the cake batter.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly gooey.
  6. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
