For the Crust:
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Place sliced beef, bell peppers, onion, and garlic in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and ginger. Pour over the beef and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Stir into the crock pot and cook for an additional 15 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
