For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the parmesan mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the coated chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
