Crispy Chicken Pasta Delight

For the Crust:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and crispy, about 6-7 minutes per side. Slice into strips.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and parmesan, stirring until sauce thickens.
  4. Toss cooked pasta and chicken with the sauce. Serve hot.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
