Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders

Juicy and crispy chicken tenders baked to perfection with a golden crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix panko, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat eggs. Place flour in a third bowl.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
