For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Slice sandwich rolls in half and lightly toast if desired.
  5. Assemble sandwiches by placing a chicken breast on each roll, topping with 2 slices of bacon, ranch dressing, and a slice of cheddar cheese.
  6. Place under a broiler for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
