A rich and creamy white pizza topped with garlic, mozzarella, and a hint of herbs for a delicious twist on traditional pizza.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and minced garlic over low heat until warm. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Brush the pizza dough with olive oil. Pour the garlic cream evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the cream. Add oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Let cool slightly before slicing.
