For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large pot, cook chicken breasts in chicken broth over medium heat until fully cooked (about 15-20 minutes). Remove and shred the chicken.
  2. Return the shredded chicken to the pot. Stir in ranch dressing, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until creamy and well combined.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese and half of the crumbled bacon. Stir until cheese is melted.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with remaining bacon and chopped green onions.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
