  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and no lumps remain.
  3. Divide the mixture into serving jars or containers, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Before serving, top with dark chocolate chips if desired.
