Chicken Spaghetti

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft, then add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, chicken, mushroom mixture, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, 1 1/2 cups cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer to a greased 9×13 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
