For the Crust:
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft, then add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, chicken, mushroom mixture, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, 1 1/2 cups cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
