For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
