  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups baking mix (like Bisquick)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.
