For the Crust:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix diced chicken, potatoes, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
  6. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
