For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pasta (such as rotini or penne)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta, diced tomatoes, and sour cream. Mix well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until cheese melts.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
