For the Crust:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper; cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in broth and lemon juice, bring to a simmer, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
