For the Crust:

- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper; cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in broth and lemon juice, bring to a simmer, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
