For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened. Stir in Cajun seasoning.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Add butter and heavy cream, stirring until butter melts. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti with the sauce until well coated. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
