Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  3. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Stir in the nutmeg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
