Description

Crispy, spicy, and tangy Brussels sprouts cooked to perfection in the air fryer with a delicious buffalo sauce coating.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and tender.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce and melted butter. Transfer cooked Brussels sprouts to a bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
  4. Return sauced Brussels sprouts to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce is sticky and caramelized. Serve immediately with dressing and garnish with fresh parsley.
