For the Crust:
- 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 2 cups cauliflower florets, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
