- For the Bourbon Glaze:
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
