For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties or cutlets.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the cutlets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels before serving.
