For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small patties or cutlets.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the cutlets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels before serving.
