For the Crust:
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the marinade.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
