  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
  3. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil, then rub the seasoning mix evenly on both sides.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
