For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil, then rub the seasoning mix evenly on both sides.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
