For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spoon over cheesecake layer.
- Combine flour, oats, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apple layer.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until set. Cool completely before refrigerating for 4 hours.
