Description

This pie is incredibly delicious and hard to resist, featuring a rich filling that makes it seriously addicting.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the topping: 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  9. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for the best texture. This pie can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
