- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the topping: 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
