Description

A delightful dessert of baked pears topped with fresh berries, honey, walnuts, and crumbled blue cheese, perfect for a healthy treat.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (such as strawberries and blueberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the halved pears cut side up in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the honey evenly over the pears.
  4. Sprinkle the berries, walnuts, and blue cheese on top of the pears.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
