  • 3cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoondried oregano
  • ½ teaspoondried thyme
  • ½ teaspoondried rosemary
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Sliced French bread or crostini, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat theOven: Preheat yourovento 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Dish: Place the feta block in a smallbaking dishand surround it with the olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Mix the Seasonings: Combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Add Seasonings to Feta: Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the feta, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Bake: Bake for 20 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes to get a golden top.
