Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Notes

For a vegan version, omit feta.
