Description

A crisp and refreshing salad made with fresh apples, cranberries, and carrots, perfect for a healthy side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 large apples, diced
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, dried cranberries, shredded carrots, chopped walnuts, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
