Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch pie crust, baked and cooled
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the topping: 1 cup whipped cream, optional chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Top with whipped cream and chopped peanuts before serving, if desired.

Notes
