- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the topping: 1 cup whipped cream, optional chopped peanuts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with whipped cream and chopped peanuts before serving, if desired.
Notes
This pie is best served chilled and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
