  • 2 tsppaprika
  • 2 tspdried oregano

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken tenders dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano until well combined.
  3. Dip each chicken tender in the yogurt mixture, then coat evenly in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Spray theair fryerbasket with olive oil spray and place the chicken tenders in the basket, ensuring they do not touch.
  5. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the tenders are golden brown and cooked through.
