For the Crust:

- 2 large ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or raisins (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- Stir in oats and optional mix-ins until fully combined.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For crispier cookies, bake longer. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days. Bananas must be very ripe for natural sweetness.
