Description

Ingredients

  • 200g Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic herb butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sourdough starter, and salt to form dough.
  2. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. Score the dough into a pull-apart pattern and fill with Brie cheese and cranberry sauce.
  4. Brush the top with garlic herb butter.
