For the Crust:
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the cooked noodles.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and chili flakes if desired.
